Moving along ….

Moving along, going forward.

Learning to relax and enjoy the simple things in life.
Not always easy in the woes of the day, I found this diagram interesting and helpful. It is not self centered to take care of oneself, but of utmost importance so that you are totally in the moment, mentally and physically.
Life is so much about happenstance, preparation meets opportunity.
Be ready.

Struggling to get back to a healthier diet. Clean eating is so simple, yet the comforts of consoling foods are so addicting. Finding myself in a cycle of emotional eating.  Still working to finalize my parents estate, so many memories, laughing, crying, missing.
I found this quinoa recipe that I am anxious to try.

  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions

  2. Note: When cooking the quinoa, simply substitute the water for almond milk in equal amounts according to package directions. Spring is finally showing its face, soccer and little league baseball are getting underway. Still a bit chilly, but happy to be spending time outside.

Grandsons are so ready.

Karter on the left is our miracle micro-preemie, so blessed to see him thrive.

Grayson on the right (with his dad Shane) ready for baseball.

Looking forward to the season!

take care!!

xoxo,
Ronda
